IRANHIM support
IRANHIM provides the office with all the legal protections based on the domestic laws in coordination with organizations which support the trade and export of Iranian products. IRANHIM periodically informs the office about the supporting regulations and offers suggestions regarding the support of the office’s activities. The office also formally informs IRANHIM about its legal and support needs.
Tariffs
The office officially informs others about its tariffs in the form of published booklets and uploading in its website.
Finance and Contracts
The office must sign an official contract with its customers to provide services in all cases which are written in both Persian and English languages and are sent to IRANHIM for its information and comments.
In order to provide its services to Iranian and non-Iranian customers, the office signs a contract with its customers. A copy of the contract will be sent to IRANHIM and in some cases before signing the contract, the office can request an expert opinion from IRANHIM. All matters related to office services and fees paid by the client are implemented according to the contract.
According to the contract and to support the activities of IRANHIM, the office officially deposits a percentage of its income to IRANHIM as a membership fee. The amount of this membership fee for each contract is agreed separately by the office and IRANHIM and is included in the customer contract.
This paragraph and the membership fee are exclusively related to the projects and clients introduced to the office by IRANHIM. The other commercial, investment, industrial and educational activities of Avicenna Holding and their incomes are not included in this paragraph.
