To facilitate and develop the export of Iranian products, the office acts directly or through intermediaries by signing a contract with the producers or exporters under the coordination and supervision of IRANHIM, considering the below points:
Iranian producers and exporters officially introduce their products and services to the office by providing catalogs, prices, technical specifications, standard certificates, and export licenses. Manufacturers and exporters will clearly specify that they will deliver their products in Iran or in Hungary and under what conditions, such as how to settle the account or how to provide after-sales service and quality assurance.
- In the first type of cooperation, the office will purchase products in Rials or Euros and sell these products in European countries under its own responsibility, in accordance with a contract signed with the Iranian manufacturer or exporter after conducting business surveys and market studies.
- In the second type of cooperation, the office signs a separate partnership agreement with the manufacturer or exporters. In this case, the producer or exporter takes the responsibility for providing the goods from Iran and exporting them to Hungary, and the office takes the responsibility for marketing, warehousing, distribution, receiving fees, and getting the necessary licenses in Hungary. The profit will be divided according to the agreement of the parties, with the prior consent of IRANHIM.
- In the third type of cooperation, the office borrows the Iranian products from the manufacturer or exporter and sells them in the target markets and after reducing its costs, will give the producer’s profit.
