Marketing services and signing the contract with foreign buyers

To market and provide services for Iranian producers and exporters in the target countries, the office provides the necessary activities to identify, negotiate and sign contracts with foreign buyers. The office provides the following services:

• The office prepares a booklet which includes services, processes, methods, tariffs for marketing services of Iranian products and publishes them in coordination with IRANHIM. All office services and tariffs are applicable according to the booklet. In unusual cases where the necessary provisions have not been made in the booklet, a separate agreement will be signed between the office and the manufacturer or exporter under the supervision of IRANHIM.
• Iranian producers and exporters officially introduce their products and services to the office by providing catalogs, prices, technical specifications, standard certificates, and export licenses. Manufacturers and exporters will clearly specify that they will deliver their products in Iran or in Hungary and under what conditions, such as how to manage the fees or how to provide after-sales service and quality assurance to the office.
• After signing the agreement, the office follows up the necessary activities to provide marketing services, introduce the goods, negotiate with potential buyers, and finally sign the contract, and prepare the necessary reports regularly based on the contract for the manufacturer and the exporter. Periodic reports about each project and in general are also sent to IRANHIM for its information and necessary follow-up.
